Job summary

Reality Enterprise Ltd T/A CEX in Middlesbrough is seeking a Part-time Retail Sales Assistant for the Linthorpe Road store. The role is an 8-hour contract and involves daily customer interaction, product guidance and sales support.

The successful candidate will deliver excellent customer service, handle cash transactions, assist with stock and ensure high standards of store presentation in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment desirable.
• Accurate cash handling and numeracy skills.
• Good verbal communication and proactive attitude.
• Interest in technology and market trends.
• Flexibility including weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to all customers and ensuring their needs are met.
• Assisting customers with purchases, including product advice and pricing information.
• Handling cash transactions and ensuring till accuracy.
• Processing customer orders and ensuring on-time delivery/dispatch.
• Maintaining store visual merchandising standards, keeping the store clean and tidy.
• Assisting with stock management and inventory control.
