Job summary

Two Saints in Southampton is seeking a compassionate Homeless Support Worker Assistant to join our team. This full-time role (37 hours per week) focuses on guiding clients to build confidence, develop essential life skills, and recognise their strengths through supportive, meaningful interactions.

You will learn safeguarding, work within policy frameworks and collaborate in a values-driven environment. Weekend work is required, and an enhanced DBS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Interest and concern for homelessness and related issues.
• Clear verbal and written English; good communication.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Ability to contribute to a team.
