Responsibilities

• Understand the individual needs of students by being fully aware of their One Plan.
• Liaise with SENCo and classroom teachers to ensure targeted classroom support and positive progress.
• Facilitate reading programmes and other interventions, update intervention records and inform SENCo about progress.
