Job summary

Bridge Farm Primary School in Whitchurch, Bristol, is seeking aPositive Teaching Assistant to support learning, wellbeing and pupil development. You will help children build confidence and engage in learning, working within a friendly, inclusive community.

The role is permanent, part-time (32.5 hours per week) during term time with 5 inset days. Salary ranges from £19,307 to £19,613, with a strong focus on partnership with families and colleagues across the Futura Learning Partnership.

Qualifications

• Patience, friendly and polite approach in challenging situations.
• Excellent communication with families, colleagues and external agencies.
• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) and willingness to develop practice.

Responsibilities

• Support learning, wellbeing and development of pupils.
