Job summary

TeacherActive Limited in Monmouth is seeking a part-time Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a mainstream primary school. Start ASAP with a mix of general classroom and one-to-one duties, helping learners engage, build confidence and progress throughout the school day.

The role offers PAYE payroll and dedicated consultant support 24/7, CPD courses, market leading rates of pay and a referral scheme up to £100. Onboarding is streamlined via My-Progression channel.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a primary school or similar setting.
• One-to-one support experience desirable but not essential.
• Ability to provide effective classroom support.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patient, adaptable and positive attitude.
