You will play an importantrole in supporting children with SEND, working alongside teachers and othercolleagues to provide appropriate support, encouragement and challenge. We arelooking for someone who can recognise and celebrate individual strengths,respond sensitively to individual needs and help children develop theirconfidence, independence and resilience. In addition to TA responsibilities,the role will also include supervising and supporting children across theschool at lunchtime.
