North Lanarkshire Council is seeking a qualified Swim Teacher to support the Learn to Swim programme across Tryst Swimming Pool, Cumbernauld and Time Capsule, Coatbridge. This part-time role (15 hours per week) involves teaching groups and individuals to meet the Learn to Swim Framework, ensuring safe operation of lessons.

Candidates must hold SSTQ Level 1 or equivalent, have health and safety knowledge, and be able to work flexibly. PVG Scheme membership is required before starting.

Qualificações

• SSTQ Level 1 Teacher qualification or equivalent.
• Understanding and experience of health and safety in leisure.
• Flexible hours and ability to work on your own initiative and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Teach Learn to Swim lessons for groups and individuals.
• Ensure safe and effective operation of the lesson programme.
• Cover local venues as required to support the programme.
