Clackmannanshire Council is recruiting enthusiastic Swimming Teachers to deliver Learn to Swim and related aquatic programmes in Alloa as part of the new Wellbeing Hub development. You will plan Learn to Swim sessions, ensure water safety and support children's progression while upholding our core values and safeguarding standards.

You should hold SSTQ/UKCC Level 2 or equivalent, with First Aid and Health & Safety knowledge desirable.

Formación

• Proven ability to deliver Learn to Swim and water-safety sessions.
• Ability to plan, adapt and deliver lessons for varying abilities.
• Commitment to child protection and safeguarding.
• Ability to follow and write lesson plans and provide feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and prepare Learn to Swim, Water Safety and Water Confidence sessions to meet participant needs.
• Act as a positive role model and demonstrate council core values.
• Monitor progress and provide detailed feedback to participants.
• Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene and customer care.
