McFarlane Trust Ltd is seeking a Support Worker to join their care team in the Paisley area. The role covers 28 hours per week on a 7-day shift rota, with a Health & Social Care background preferred.
You will support individuals with complex needs to live fulfilling lives in their local community. Key duties include providing physical and emotional support, assisting with personal care when required, and helping service users develop skills and independence.

We have a Support Worker vacancy where you will be required to work 28 hours over 7 days on a shift rota basis. Ideally, you should have a Health and Social Care background and have experience of working with people with complex learning disabilites. You will be expected to create environments where the people we support can develop interests, skills, and relationships to enable them to live fulfilling lives in their local community. The job is hard work but extremely rewarding.
