LiveWest Homes Ltd is hiring a Support Worker to empower individuals with complex needs to live independently and safely within the community. The role is part-time (22.2 hours/week) and based at Stoke House, Penryn, with a rolling 4-week rota including weekends and bank holidays.

You will work with a dedicated team to deliver person-centred support, manage risks, and promote participation in social and educational activities while ensuring safeguarding and excellent records.

Qualificações

• Understanding of support needs and planning.
• Experience with risk assessment and risk management.
• Great communication and ability to build rapport.
• Accurate record keeping and computer skills.
• Comfortable with lone working and collaborative in a team.
