Voyage Care is seeking a hands-on Support Worker for a part-time role (18 hrs/week) in Shillingstone to help people gain independence and improve quality of life. You’ll work in a supported living setting as part of a caring team, assisting with daily activities, personal care, and community involvement.

With duties spanning shopping trips, social activities, and daily routines, you’ll empower individuals to reach goals like home meals or holidays, while following Positive Behaviour Support

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving license.
• Experience in caring roles is desirable.
• Ability to follow Positive Behaviour Support plans.

Responsibilities

• Help people gain more independence in daily life.
• Work with a dynamic team to support a group of people.
• Assist with personal care and encourage community access.
• Organise and participate in activities, outings and social events.
• Support with daily tasks such as shopping, meals and routines.
