Job summary

Dimensions in Watford is looking for a compassionate Support Worker to provide one-to-one support to a gentleman with PDA, helping him to live the life he chooses and achieve personal goals.

You’ll promote independence, support daily living tasks, and adapt your approach to reduce pressure and give him choices. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are beneficial as community activities are part of the role.

• Support with daily living tasks including personal care, meals and routines.
• Record information and contribute to support planning using basic digital systems.
• Encourage participation in community activities and outings.
