Dimensions in Watford is seeking a compassionate Support Worker for part-time hours (12 or 22 per week) at £12.85 per hour. A full UK driving licence with own car and business insurance is essential.

You will provide one-to-one support to a gentleman in his 30s, helping him live a life he chooses while promoting independence and wellbeing. You will work flexibly, respond to PDA-related needs, and assist with daily living tasks, personal care and community activities, celebrating achievements

Qualifications

• No previous social care experience required.
• Valued ethics, attitude and commitment to helping others.
• Ability to build positive relationships and adapt to individual needs.
• Full UK driving licence with own car and business insurance.
