Direct Services Department - Leicestershire County Council is recruiting for Support Worker roles at Hinckley Short Breaks & Supported Living Services. You will provide person-centred care, support with daily living tasks, and help residents maintain independence in a safe environment.

Two part-time posts (21 hours and 20 hours per week) offer flexible working options within a large public sector trust, with pension schemes and generous leave.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver day-to-day support with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Promote choice, control and maximise independence for service users.
• Maintain clear, concise records and effective communication with the team.
