Job summary

Autism Initiatives is seeking a Part-Time Support Worker to join our NI team. You will work 12 hours per week, 9:30am-2:30pm or 10am-3pm, supporting individuals in daily living, education, and leisure activities. A rota, enhanced benefits, and access to training are provided, with an enhanced NI check required for successful applicants.

Essential criteria include care/support experience, rota flexibility, and NISCC registration (or applying). Driving licence is desirable.

  • Flexibility to work on a rota including weekends.
  • NISCC registration or applying on appointment.

Responsibilities

  • Support individuals in developing independence in daily living.
  • Assist with accessing work/education and leisure activities.

We are seeking Part-Time Support Worker to join our team - working 12 hrs per week 9.30am-2.30pm or 10am -3pm. You will work alongside people who use our services, supporting in a range of activities, including developing independence in daily living, accessing work/education and leisure activities.

Essential Criteria:

  • Working, voluntary or personal knowledge of providing care and/or support.
  • Be flexible to work on a rota basis that includes job rotation in various services, unsocial hours and weekends.
  • NISCC registered or apply to register on appointment.

Desirable Criteria:

  • A full UK Driving Licence to be held for a minimum of one year.
