Autism Initiatives is hiring Full-Time & Part-Time Support Workers in Bangor to assist individuals in developing independence and accessing education, work and leisure activities. You will join a team that supports autistic people with tailored, person-centred care and a strong values framework.
The role requires flexibility across a rota including early mornings, late evenings, nights and weekends, with an enhanced benefits package and an emphasis on continuous learning and development.
We are seeking Full-Time & Part-Time Support Workers to join our team. You will work alongside people who use our services, supporting in a range of activities, including developing independence in daily living, accessing work/education and leisure activities.

Given the nature of the role, these positions are subject to an enhanced Access NI check for the successful applicants. The cost of which will be met by the organisation.
