Job summary

Autism Initiatives in Northern Ireland is seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team. You will work alongside autistic individuals, helping them gain independence in daily living, education, work and leisure activities, while following person-centred plans.

We provide extensive benefits, training, and an inclusive environment; interviews are held in person at our head office. The role requires flexibility and a commitment to equality and inclusion.

• Experience in care/support roles or volunteering is preferred.

We are seeking Support Workers to join our team. You will work alongside people who use our services, supporting in a range of activities, including developing independence in daily living, accessing work/education and leisure activities.

Essential Criteria:

• Working, voluntary or personal knowledge of providing care and/or support.
• Be flexible to work on a rota basis that includes job rotation in various services, unsocial hours and weekends.
• NISCC registered or apply to register on appointment.

Desirable Criteria:

• A full UK Driving Licence to be held for a minimum of one year.
