Hightown is seeking a dedicated Support Worker at Old Barn in Gawcott, Buckingham. This part-time role supports four adults with learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities in a small care home.

You will provide compassionate, person-centred care and help residents develop independence while working with families and professionals. The role requires a care certificate or willingness to undertake a care qualification and a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
