Job summary

IBC Healthcare is seeking a Female Support Worker for a permanent part-time role (28 hours per week, days only). The position involves supporting individuals with learning difficulties, mental health conditions, and complex care needs.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with learning difficulties and mental health conditions.
• Experience working with complex care needs and challenging behaviours.
• Full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to individuals with disabilities, enabling positive outcomes.
• Assist with daily tasks including medication administration, cooking, cleaning and paperwork.
• Offer emotional and practical support and help access community activities.
• Build trusting relationships to promote independence and improve quality of life.
