Mirus in Brecon is seeking a part-time Support Worker for a 30 hour contract. You will help people to build relationships, try new activities, and feel part of their community so they can live good lives.

You will work with other professionals to ensure high-quality support and will be required to drive as part of the role. DBS check and registration are managed by Mirus, with a comprehensive training programme available.

Qualifikationen

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience in supporting people with disabilities or in health/social care is desirable.
• Clear DBS check and registration may be required.

• Assist with household tasks, shopping, meals, personal care and routines.
• Encourage relationships with family, friends and community.
• Work with social workers, nurses and therapists to provide the best support.
• Listen to the people you support and help them make choices about their lives.
