Affinity Trust is seeking a part‑time Support Worker in Aberdeen to assist men living in their own homes. You will provide compassionate support, help with daily activities, and encourage engagement in hobbies and community activities.

Full training is provided, including SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are required to reach clients in the area. Sponsorship is not available.

• Must have full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, complex needs, behaviours that challenge or mental health needs.
• Be active and able to motivate individuals to pursue hobbies or interests outside their homes.

You will be supporting our gentlemen who live in their own homes in Aberdeen. We are looking for someone to join our team who has had some experience supporting people with Learning Disabilities, complex needs, behaviours that challenge or mental health needs. We are looking for someone who is active and can motivate our gentlemen to pursue new hobbies or interests outside of their homes and can be resilient, handling challenges well.
