We are Active Care Group, the leading provider of complex care. Within the Care in the Home division, we support adults with spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury, and complex health needs to live in their own homes.

We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker at our client's home based in Liskeard, Cornwall.

When you'll be working:

  • Day shifts
  • 9am - 7pm
  • 1 shift a week (10 hours)

What you'll be doing:

This role involves supporting our male client who has an acquired brain injury in their own home and out in the community. This will include prompting and encouraging our client to take medication, behavioral support, cooking, and driving to access the community. You must hold a full UK driver's license.

Full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support will be provided.

Due to occupational requirements, only male candidates are eligible for this vacancy.
