Job summary

Cornerstone Community Care in Maud is seeking new Support Practitioners to join #TeamBerrybank on permanent part-time contracts (16 or 20 hours per week) or relief shifts. You will provide personalised support to six individuals in our housing support service, helping them live more independently and engage in meaningful activities.

No prior experience required; full training is provided, and we cover SVQ Level 6/7, PVG and SSSC registration fees.

• SVQ (SCQF Level 6/7) qualification funded by us; PVG and SSSC fees covered.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised support to six individuals in our housing support service.
• Help individuals develop independence and participate in meaningful activities.
• Support health, wellbeing and personal care as needed.
• Assist with routines, decide goals, and enable community engagement.
• Be part of a friendly, supportive team delivering high-quality care.
