Job summary

Cornerstone seeks caring Support Practitioners in Maud to provide personalised support to six residents in a housing support service. Roles include permanent part-time (16 or 20 hours) and relief shifts, with full training and a funded SVQ pathway.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; we'll provide full training and support.
• Willing to learn, adapt and follow routines, policies and guidelines.
• Good numeracy and administrative skills helpful for shift administration.

• Provide personalised support for health, wellbeing and personal care.
• Support hobbies, interests and meaningful activities for each person.
• Encourage community engagement and getting around locally.
