Job summary

Wight Healthcare is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to support the Orthotic and Prosthetic Service. The role ensures clinicians and technicians have timely access to equipment, components and consumables to deliver high-quality patient care.

The position is for 22.5 hours per week. You will handle procurement, stock management, purchase orders, deliveries and records while working with clinical and technical teams to guarantee availability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with strong administrative, IT and communication skills.
• Experience in administration, procurement, stock control or logistics is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Raise purchase orders and monitor procurement activities.
• Track and manage stock levels and inventory.
• Process deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely supplies.
• Support stores environment to stay safe, organized and compliant.
