Talent Guardian is seeking a Stock Controller / Supply Chain Executive in Redditch for a flexible 15–25 hour per week role. You will manage supplier orders, monitor stock levels and support forecasting to keep the supply chain running smoothly.

Stock Controller / Supply Chain Executive

Location: Redditch

Hours: Flexible, 15 hours per week up to 25 hours per week

Salary: £10,140 to £19,500 depending on experience and hours

We re working with an established food and drink business in Redditch who are looking to add a Stock Controller / Supply Chain Executive to their team.

This is a varied role that would suit someone who is organised, confident working with data and comfortable communicating with suppliers and internal teams.

You ll play an important part in making sure stock levels are maintained, orders are placed accurately and the wider supply chain continues to run smoothly.

The role You ll be responsible for:

• Placing and managing supplier orders
• Monitoring stock levels and availability
• Supporting forecasting and planning requirements
• Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships
• Communicating with suppliers regarding orders, availability and lead times
• Updating internal systems and completing accurate data entry
• Using Excel to track stock, orders and supply chain information
• Identifying potential stock shortages or supply issues
• Supporting the wider team with day to day supply chain administration

About you

We re looking for someone who:

• Has experience within stock control, supply chain, procurement or a similar role
• Is confident communicating with suppliers
• Has strong attention to detail
• Is comfortable working with data and Excel
• Has good organisational and administrative skills
• Can manage multiple orders and priorities
• Has experience within food and drink, FMCG or manufacturing, although this would be advantageous rather than essential

The business is flexible on hours and will consider anything from 15 hours per week through to 25 hours per week, depending on the right person.
