Located in Kings Cross, the California Hotel is a unique bed & breakfast with 60 bedrooms, part of the Megaro portfolio. Established in 1985, it features an Art Deco aesthetic and a vibrant bar & terrace. We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Hotel Receptionist, preferably familiar with Rezlynx (PMS system), though this is not mandatory.
The Receptionist will work on-site five days a week, handling check-in & check-out, reservations via calls and emails, and maintaining prompt communication with guests. The role requires a proactive, hospitality-focused professional passionate about customer service and guest experience. Reporting directly to the Front of House Manager, the candidate must possess excellent organization and communication skills.
