Job summary

Booker Group in the United Kingdom is recruiting for a part-time role with a fixed pattern: Wed, Thu, Fri 13:30-21:30. You will support customers across store areas, from shelf replenishment to tills and delivery preparation, with opportunities to gain varied experience.

Responsibilities

• Pick goods and dispatch using handheld terminal; report differences to the manager
• Check quality, shelf life and ensure packaging is robust for delivery
• Provide high standard of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and to target
• Interact politely with delivery staff and address queries or complaints with escalation when needed
• Be reliable, punctual and presentable while achieving designated pick rates
