Job summary

TFG London is opening a new Phase Eight and Hobbs store at Leeds Designer Outlet and is looking for Supervisors to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, working 20 hours per week.

As a Supervisor you’ll greet customers, lead by example on the shop floor, support stock control, and help the management team drive strong commercial results and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Ability to build relationships and understand customers' needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a commercial approach and assist with stock control processes.
• Support Style Advisors and contribute to smooth shop-floor operations and team performance.
