Job summary

Kurt Geiger invites a friendly retail assistant to join our London-area store. You will greet customers, guide them to products, and help create a memorable shopping experience that reflects our luxury brand.

You will also maintain stock, participate in promotions, and uphold our all-black uniform while embodying Kurt Geiger values. This role offers progression opportunities in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver exceptional service
• Responsible for holding keys for the store and ensuring security at opening/closing in the absence of senior management
• Open and close of the till system
• Welcome clients warmly, guide them to products and understand their needs to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Efficiently manage stock by pair checking, organising the stockroom, and maintaining consistent standards
• Ensure the shop floor is kept tidy and replenished and that store standards are maintained
• Support management by working towards individual and team sales targets
• Provide details of Kurt Geiger loyalty programs, highlighting benefits
• Assist in the preparation and planning of promotional activities
• Be a role model for the brand and adhere to uniform standards (all black, unbranded and brand-reflective)
• Regularly participate in and encourage training activities to become a brand ambassador
