Job summary

Outcomes First Group's Glebedale School in Staffordshire is seeking a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join the in-house clinical team. You will assess and treat pupils with diverse communication needs within an education setting, collaborating with educators to prepare personalised plans.

You will manage a caseload under supervision, contribute to staff training, and adhere to professional standards.

Qualifications

• Recognised Speech & Language Therapy degree required.
• HCPC registration and RCSLT membership expected.
• At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in a similar setting.
• Experience in multidisciplinary teams and training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke speech and language therapy assessment and intervention.
• Manage a caseload with supervision.
• Contribute to staff training and consultation.
• Collaborate with education teams to support pupils' communication needs.
