All Bar One Bath is seeking a Part Time Sous Chef who is passionate about delivering great food and developing a high-performing kitchen team. You will run a section, coordinate your team, and step in when the Head Chef is absent.

This role focuses on training, stock control, food ordering, and maintaining brand standards in a busy pub kitchen. You'll work on a branded menu, ensure health and hygiene compliance, and contribute to a lively, guest-focused service.

Responsabilités

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
• Run a section and lead the team in the absence of the Head Chef.
