Job summary

All Bar One Bath is seeking a Part Time Sous Chef with a passion for great food and great people. You’ll run a kitchen section, lead a small team and step in for the Head Chef when needed, ensuring smooth service and consistent quality.

You’ll train staff, manage food ordering and stock, and work within branded menus to deliver dishes customers love. Flexible shifts and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and running a section.
• Ability to train staff and deliver consistently high-quality dishes.
• Experience with food ordering, stock control and health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
