Qualifications

• Experience as sous chef or senior chef de partie.
• Experience with a branded menu and high-volume service.
• Ability to train and develop kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Ensure adherence to health and hygiene regulations.
• Prepare high-quality dishes following the branded menu.
• Support the team and maintain consistent service during shifts.
