Harvester - Ancient Briton is seeking a passionate Part Time Sous Chef to run a section and lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, delivering great guest experiences.

You’ll train and inspire the team, manage food ordering, prep, and stock, and ensure health and hygiene standards while working with a branded menu. The role offers growth opportunities within the Harvester family-friendly culture.

• Confident in enforcing health and hygiene standards.

• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
