Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Part Time Sous Chef at the Firecrest (Vintage Inns). You will lead a section, train a team, and step up in the Head Chef's absence. You'll help with food prep, ordering, and stock control while delivering on a branded menu with pride.

Job description

As a Part Time Sous Chef at the Firecrest , you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
