Mitchells & Butler PLC's Springfield Inn is seeking a Part Time Sous Chef who leads a kitchen section, trains staff and supports the Head Chef during service.

You'll work within Vintage Inns, enjoying flexible shifts, brand discounts, career progression and a helpful, welcoming team culture. Help us deliver great dishes and maintain brand standards across the pub.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen section and guiding a team.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to train and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a kitchen section and support Head Chef.
• Order food and manage stock levels.
• Ensure branded menu standards are met.
• Develop a cohesive kitchen team and maintain hygiene.

As a Part Time Sous Chef at the Springfield Inn , you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You'll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
