Job summary

Harvester's Old Mill is seeking a Part-time Sous Chef who will lead a section, train staff, and step in for the Head Chef when needed. The role celebrates great food and guest smiles, with a passion for teamwork and high standards.

You’ll drive the team to deliver food proudly, manage stock and ordering, and work within branded menus while ensuring health and hygiene guidelines are met.
