Mitchells & Butlers plc’s Harvester Old Mill in Pencoed is hiring a Part Time Sous Chef. You’ll lead a section, train your team and step in for the Head Chef to keep service smooth and guests smiling.

• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As a Part Time Sous Chef attheOld Mill - Harvester, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces.
