Miller & Carter - Aylesbury is recruiting a Part Time Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, train great people and leave a smile on our guests’ faces. You’ll step up in the Head Chef’s absence and work with the team to deliver consistently high-quality steaks and dishes from the branded menu.

• Experience as a sous chef or leadership role in a kitchen.
• Ability to train and inspire kitchen staff.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As a Part Time Sous Chef atMiller & Carter - Aylesbury, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces.
