Miller & Carter - Cardiff Bay is seeking a Part Time Sous Chef to lead a section, train a team, and step in for the Head Chef when needed.

You will oversee food prep, ordering, stock control and work within a branded menu, while ensuring health and hygiene standards are met. The role offers flexible shifts, staff discounts, and progression opportunities.

As a Part Time Sous Chef at Miller & Carter - Cardiff Bay, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
