Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC, Cardiff Bay, is seeking a Sous Chef to lead a section, train a team, and support the Head Chef with ordering and stock control. You will work on a branded menu and ensure health and hygiene standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a busy restaurant environment.
