Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Marston Green is seeking a Part Time Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen. You’ll be leading a section, supporting the Head Chef in absence, and delivering high standards of food and service while working flexible hours to fit your lifestyle.

run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and

you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the
