Sharps is seeking a part-time Showroom Consultant for the Harrogate showroom. You will oversee daily showroom operations and deliver excellent customer service, guiding customers through product selection and assisting the sales team to reach targets.

No prior showroom experience required as full training is provided; strong organisational and communication skills are essential to succeed in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with inquiries, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the product selection process.
• Collaborate with the sales team, offering product knowledge and support to drive sales and meet targets.
• Develop a deep understanding of our product range and stay updated with current trends in bedroom furniture.
• Ensure showroom is well-maintained, visually appealing, and representative of our brand image.
• Perform administrative duties such as maintaining customer records, preparing reports, and handling documentation.
