B&Q Limited in Great Yarmouth is seeking a Showroom Advisor for a part-time 20-hour-per-week role. You will focus on customer needs, guiding them through finance, products, and installation options, and use design software to bring ideas to life.

You'll coordinate projects, support customers face-to-face and remotely, and convert designs into sales while working with colleagues to deliver outstanding service on every project.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and convert designs to sales.
• Willingness to work on weekends/evenings/bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand home improvement needs and present suitable products and services.
• Produce inspirational designs using software to help customers visualise projects.
• Coordinate multiple projects and support customers both virtually and in-store.
• Drive sales while delivering excellent customer service and accurate order fulfilment.
