Job summary

B&Q Great Yarmouth is seeking a Showroom Advisor to help customers turn kitchen and bathroom ideas into realizations. You will design with customer-focused guidance and coordinate projects with colleagues and installers to bring visions to life.

This part-time role (20 hours/week) requires flexible shifts across Monday to Sunday, 7:00am–10:00pm. The package includes a competitive hourly rate, potential quarterly bonuses, and a £3,000 top performer award, plus team incentives.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated by targets and able to convert designs into sales.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions and explore options to recommend finance, products and installation options.
• Use software to produce inspirational designs for customer projects.
• Coordinate multiple projects and support customers face to face and virtually from idea to delivery.
