B&Q Gainsborough is recruiting a Showroom Advisor on a permanent part-time basis (19 hours per week). The role offers a competitive salary (£14.10 per hour / £26,945 FTE) with individual bonuses up to £250 per quarter and team incentives, plus a £3,000 award for top 3–5% performers.

You will help customers realise their kitchen and bathroom ideas, provide guidance, and contribute to a high-quality in-store experience at B&Q Gainsborough.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• No formal degree required for this role.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with showroom visits and product selections.
• Provide advice on kitchen and bathroom ideas to help bring customer visions to life.
• Maintain store presentation, stock levels and assist with in-store promotions.
