Job summary

B&Q Merryhill is hiring a Showroom Advisor on a part-time contract. You will engage customers, design solutions, and guide projects from concept to delivery. The role requires effective communication, a flair for design, and the ability to work on a rota including weekends and bank holidays.

You’ll work with colleagues and installers to ensure high-quality service, meet targets, and leverage available incentives and a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Focus on customer needs and recommend finance, products and installation options.
• Use software to produce inspirational designs for customer projects.
• Coordinate multiple projects and support customers virtually and face-to-face.
• Guide customers from ideas through to delivery to realise their dreams.
