Job summary

B&Q Southport is hiring a Showroom Advisor for a part-time, 18-hour-per-week role on a 3-month fixed-term contract. You will help customers with design choices for kitchens and bathrooms, using software to create inspirational designs and guiding customers from idea to delivery.

Ideal candidates communicate well, work with colleagues and installers, and can rotate shifts including weekends and bank holidays. A competitive package with individual bonuses and extra incentives is offered.

Qualifications

• You’re great at using technology and have brilliant communication and relationship-building skills.
• You’re motivated by targets and confident in converting designs into sales.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions and explore possibilities to recommend the right finance, products and installation options.
• Use software to produce inspirational designs that bring customer projects to life.
• Coordinate multiple projects and support customers virtually and face-to-face from inspiration to delivery.
