Children's Hospice South West is seeking a Part-Time Shop Manager's Assistant for the Exmouth Shop. You will serve customers, manage stock displays, handle cash, and follow health and safety procedures.

Volunteers are essential, and you will support the manager in coordinating workload and fostering a positive shop environment. The role requires excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong organisation and time management abilities are required.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team and use own initiative.

Responsabilités

• Serve customers and handle cash following health and safety procedures.
• Sort and display stock to attract customers.
• Assist the manager in planning workload and overseeing volunteers.
• Contribute to a positive working culture and a supportive shop environment.
• The shop operates seven days a week, requiring flexible coverage.
